App Store screenshot sizes
The exact pixel sizes App Store Connect accepts for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro and Apple Watch, including the new iPhone Duo displays. Copied from Apple's own pages, not from memory.
Required sizes
Apple needs one set of screenshots for the iPhone and, if your app runs on iPad, one for the iPad. Upload 1 to 10 screenshots per size, as JPEG or PNG, with no transparency.

iPhone Duo
iPhone Duo has an outer and an inner display, each with its own size. iPhone Duo goes on sale on October 23, 2026 (Apple Developer News).

Apple's news post of October 5, 2026 words the scope differently: “Starting April 2027, any apps or games submitted will need to include screenshots for iPhone Duo.” Read both pages before you plan. iPhone, other sizes
Apple groups iPhones by display. If your app runs on iPhone and you do not provide the large Dynamic Island sizes, Apple asks for the large Face ID sizes instead. Landscape swaps width and height.

Apple's page also lists a fallback chain: sizes you do not provide are scaled from a neighbouring group. The generator has presets for 1320 × 2868, 1290 × 2796, 1206 × 2622, 1179 × 2556 and 1284 × 2778.
iPad
The 13-inch size is the one Apple requires if your app runs on iPad. The other displays are optional extras.

FAQ
How many screenshots are required?
At least 1 and up to 10 per device size, as .jpeg, .jpg or .png. Which sizes you must provide depends on the devices your app runs on: the iPhone with Dynamic Island (medium display) size for iPhone apps, and the iPad 13-inch size if your app runs on iPad.
Do I need every size?
No. If your UI is the same across sizes and localizations, provide only the highest required resolution; App Store Connect scales it down for the smaller sizes.
Does Apple accept transparent PNGs?
No. Screenshots must not have an alpha channel or transparency. Hueflo Screenshots flattens every export onto your background.
When are iPhone Duo screenshots required?
